At Authoreon Systems LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. We provide digital software products and license keys, and we aim to ensure that every order is delivered correctly and functions as described.
Digital Products
Because our products are digital and license keys may be delivered electronically, refunds are generally not available after a license key has been successfully delivered and/or activated, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective and we are unable to provide a suitable replacement.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- The purchased product was not delivered.
- The delivered license key is invalid.
- We are unable to provide a working replacement for a defective license key.
- The product delivered is materially different from the product purchased.
- A technical problem with the supplied product cannot be resolved by our customer support team.
- A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Technical Issues
If you experience an activation, installation, or other technical problem, please contact our customer support team before requesting a refund.
Our support team may ask you to provide screenshots, error messages, or other information needed to investigate and resolve the issue.

Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider, bank, or marketplace.
Third-Party Marketplace Purchases
If you purchased a product through a third-party marketplace, including Groupon or another marketplace partner, the refund may be subject to that marketplace’s refund and cancellation procedures.
In such cases, customers may also need to request the refund directly through the marketplace where the purchase was made.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
